Alderley Lighthouse Labs Ltd, Stockport, Greater Manchester – 1st September 2025 – Alderley Lighthouse Labs, a leading provider of high-throughput clinical diagnostics in the UK, is proud to announce its selection for the Innovate UK Business Growth Scaleup Programme — an exclusive initiative supporting some of the UK’s most ambitious and innovative companies as they scale nationally and internationally.
The Scaleup Programme selects only around 100 high-growth businesses each year and delivers highly tailored support through a dedicated Scaleup Director and access to a network of over 260 Innovation and Growth Specialists, all with the shared goal of accelerating sustainable, strategic growth.

As part of the programme, Alderley Lighthouse Labs will be supported by Stevie McDougall, a Scaleup Director who will act as the lab’s strategic lead and primary point of contact. Stevie will leverage the collective expertise and international reach of the Scaleup Delivery Board, providing bespoke guidance to help the lab tackle key scaleup challenges.
The programme will run over 12 months, with the potential for extension, and is designed to support the full growth journey from market expansion and technology commercialisation to investment readiness and operational excellence.
